Seems like once a year, I get the urger to tinker with EYI in some way, shape or form. Usually it’s some design tweaks or logo changes, but this time it involved completely overhauling the backend. So provided everything was switched over correctly, you won’t notice any changes. Suffice it to say the code design is more efficient and a bit more elegant than any previous form of the site.

This week, I added the Dreamweaver Tutorial to the archives, and overhauled EYI in the effort to make it easier for me to update. Added the White Castle trip to the photos section as well. Now, the procrastination regarding the videos videos shall come to an end.

A fully-functional Effit Comics mirror is now available in the archive. Merchandise and Links are now operational. The Site Map has also been updated to reflect the changes.

I’ve set up a separate blog at music.vybeauregard.net to log my noise-related projects in greater detail. If that tickles your fancy, you will soon be able to subscribe to that rss feed.

Arriving shortly: videos on Kzrzyztozf, media from Tiny Noise, and rss feeds.

Yep. That’s what it looks like. And I think it’s kinda nice. Still tweaking away at the style sheet, but I think it’s coming together quite well. I’ll get the feeds incorporated pretty soon. Next on the agenda is links and merchandise.

EDIT:

I figured out why I like it so much. Evidently those years of playing video games in grade school has warped my sense of aesthetics.

WordPress is now up and running at www.vybeauregard.net. Everything looks okay in Firefox. IE is still quite broken…

Inaugural post

As you can see, the site is starting to come together. The EYI branch is in place, as well as most of the music section. Design is still under way. When I find an appearance I find suitable and is compatible with both CSS-compatible browsers and isn’t broken by IE, I’ll be a happy camper. At some point, I will drop in some wordpress action here and on the music page for intense blogging justice. Because blogs are totally web 2.0.
